Seasonal Specialties Fine Dining is proud to represent, as their exclusive caterer, Fruitland’s Museum in Harvard, Massachusetts, the premier historical site for weddings in the State, In 1995, Seasonal Specialties has been creating making magical events at Fruitlands and has been given no greater reward than a thoroughly, blissfully, happy client.
In January of 2008, the team has expanded with the addition of Laurie Watson. Laurie Watson is greatly honored as the new owner of Seasonal Specialties Fine Dining. Laurie’s career includes twenty years of management experience in fine dining. From the early years, through to the present, as part of the family business of LPM Holding Company, Inc., Laurie has dedicated her role to building a standard of excellence in quality and service in all areas of a customer’s experience.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is to provide great tasting food, prepared from scratch with seasonal, natural ingredients purchased from local sources whenever possible. Meals are prepared using cooking techniques that enhance and retain the nutritional contents of ingredients without adding calories.
Dishes are prepared with minimal amounts of sodium, lots of whole grains, fresh produce and healthful fats. We utilize products that contain ZERO TRANS FAT whenever possible and are always conscious of the taste of our guests.
